Parent & Child Family Workshop. March 11th, 2pm EST, 2023. "Mandala" The Healing Art. The"Circadian Rhythms"of our 24 Hr cycle of Night & Day. Sunrise to Sunset. In Ayurveda it is called " The Dosha Clock"

You can change your relationship with time. The importance of remembering that often the simplest awareness tools can be most profound.

It's almost day-light savings time! Learn to use your body's internal clock to increase the power of mindfulness and awareness as you adjust to a new season. In this two-hour presentation, Meena Dasgupta, a Transformational well-being coach, will guide you through the creation of your own mandala wheel of well-being. You will also learn to understand your body's 24-hour clock of circadian rhythm. Additionally, Meena will share stories and some history of the Ayurveda path to wellness in relation how to listen to your body. For the art portion of the workshop, you'll only need paper, a round object, a ruler, and any medium for drawing and coloring.

The intention of this step is to identify the landmark events that have shaped your emotional history.

With awareness in your Heart, ask yourself and begin to journal your thoughts.
